I am sooo glad I bought the eee PC. It has really made a difference in how I do daily tasks, like mail and browse, I can now really do it any where! With my laptop I had some mobility but not really, the difference between 10″ and 15.4″ is significant when going mobile… I must say that if you get a eee pc nuke the default Xandros and put on Ubuntu! You will not be disappointed.

Jip, my eeePc has arrived form Taiwan! Thanks to the guys from qbitonline, I am very satisfied with the level of service I received from them. I have called my little eee Micro, and I have allready installed 2 gigs of Ram and a 8 gig sdhc card and I have replaced the old Xandros system with Ubuntu! And I have to say the little thing is quite something! Look out for a full review coming soon!
Last night i order my eee pc. 701 white. I can’t wait to get my hands on it it is going to be great, I predict it is going to be the gadget of 2008. I expect there to be a couple of revisions and new innovative models before the end of the year. There are already talks about a bigger screen version as seen at CES, and a touch screen.
The touch screen mod is the one hardware mod I am seriously considering. You can buy diy touch panel kits of ebay at reasonable prices.
